MK5 extruder base - no superglue!

Replacement for the bottom and spacer feet of the MK5 plastruder.

Update: As an FYI, the large hex holes are a tight fit. The process of tightening the plastruder to the Z stage naturally pulled the hex nut down into the hole... where it will remain forever.
