Update:

In the original design, the dragon's wings and horns are separated from the body, to simulate this in the 3D design, I made it with a small gap. Which seems to be the problem with the failure to print that they mention in the comments.
So I eliminated these gaps in the last design, which should eliminate the problem too... I hope
