Hovership MHQ2 - Shortened Clean Lower and Adaptable Camera Platform

Shortened the lower clean level so it can be printed on a 200 x 200 build platform. The camera platform is now a separate part and can be attached to the clean level using screws (3mm), zip-ties, or glue.
All platform hardware can be accessed from the top and can be removed without disassembling the quad (unless they get covered by electronics etc.)
Updated 11/12/14: redesigned to removed overhangs on camera platform and added front/center hardware point.
