rostock max delta fan mount that snaps on so no disassembly required

This is a rostock max seemecnc solution to fan mounts. the new version of rostock max does not have as many bolt on areas for fans, although it still has spacers. this is a fan mount that simply snaps into place, and can be removed easily when doing maintenance. it took several design revisions to figure out how to keep device from breaking during snap on, but it works now!
