Replace your Roller Bearings with Bronze Bushings on your CTC printer

You can print out 16 half spacers or sleeves and order 8 new bronze bushings from BronzeBushings,http://www.bronzebushings.com/aa-506-3-sae-841-oil-impregnated-bronze-sleeve-5-16-id-x-1-2-od-x-5-8-oal.html to replace your noisy worn out roller bearings.

Update 11/9/2014- I had to update spacers to fit bronze bushings from the site listed. Also, you may have to ream out diameter with 5/16" drill bit to fit rods.
