Ultimaker Printhead Cover for Extruder v2.0

Gijs created a great cover for the printhead of the Ultimaker. The printer looks much more professional just by adding that thing.

But I found out that Gijs' version is out of date as it doesn't fit for the latest version of the Ultimaker which has an updated extruder (Extruder version 2.0).

So I made an updated version that fits the new printhead very well. My cover also features a small hole at the left side that can be used to 'tunnel' additional cables from the outside into the printhe
