iPad 1 vertical wall mount

Shortened to fit the width of an iPad, at 45° it fits nicely on my Prusa i3 20*20 cm bed.
Added apertures for the home button, the 30 pins cable and the speaker output.
Fits like a charm once printed (ok, my print was warped and jaggy, but this is another problem).
