Extruder stepper mount for standard Prusa i3 x-carriage

This is a clamping NEMA 17 stepper mount for the standard Prusa i3 x-carriage with 30mm holes spacing.
It's a remix of the stepper mount by paenian in thing #321523, which I intend to use for the direct drive extruder by ffleurey (thing #147705).
I tried to keep things simple, so all it requires are three M3 20mm bolts and nuts: one to tighten the clamp and two to hold the clamp firmly against any Prusa i3 carriage with 30mm hole spacing.
