Remix - Compact Drive Gear for 1.75mm filament for MK7 Drive gear

Surprisingly I started designing a new extruder for my Upgraded One/TwoUp thing and while browsing through Thingiverse found that someone basically had already designed what I made. I don't think his drive gear was a Mk7 so I'm posting my design as a remix to his since they are remarkably similar.

Note there is a hole on the bottom designed for some PTFE tubing to be inserted as this was designed based on using an E3D v6 hot end in mind and the best way to ensure that the filament will feed p
