3DR Euclid Frameworks Heated Bed Adapter

This is an adapther for the [Euclid Frameworks heated bed](http://www.euclidframeworks.com/products/hbp/) for the [3DR Delta printer](http://richrap.blogspot.co.uk/2013/07/3dr-reprap-delta-printer-part-1-release.html). It uses the already existent holes in the 3DR base so you don't have to change anything.
