heavy duty stabilizer for Rapman (e.g. 3.2)

This is a stabilizer for the rapman extruder.
It is made of 3 parts that are mounted onto the original extruder.
You need to drill some holes into the original extruder, but the holes are at unproblematic positions (see pictures).

I also redesigned the hotend - I will post when finished ;-)
