Controller with LCD and SD card - V2

This is a controller with a 4 line by 20 character LCD display, SD card and encoder switch with select and back button.
Updated version of my earlier controller http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:293854. Many changes including addition of PCB layout, new back option with SD on top and added small parts.
I have greatly expanded the instructions to include schematics, firmware notes and PCB foils.
