Please don't change it, only scale it for your technology. I have used this tool on Objet Polyjet, Projet3500, and EnvisionTEC 3sp professional printing technologies to best understand the strengths and limits of each technology and to learn how to best orient, layout and post process parts. Reference machine for the uploaded model is an EnvisionTEC 3sp HD with .002"x.002"x.002" , 50umx50umx50um voxel resolution.
