Minitronics v1.1 mounting frame deluxe

This mounting frame has an offset for the fan so it will not jam the fans to the frame.
And the fan mounting has a cone in the base for a better fix of the fan without the possibility to shortcut the minitronics.

Even some plastic has been removed in order to reduce the printtime and the amount of plastic and look slimmer
