RC truck wheel

I customized this wheel from wassi's design and SCAD file.
This wheel comes out at over 4 inches (over 106mm). Uses a 12mm hex hub and 4mm drive shaft.
There are 10 lugs and they are each 7mm tall. About 30mm rim offset. 83mm inside diameter.
Included my customized SCAD file based on wassi's. Also added a few comments to the code.
