This is the gearbox for my RC Prerunner project. It uses printed 32p gears to achieve a 5.76:1 gear ratio. It is designed to use a 540 motor.
To complete you will need a collection of M3 screws, a 540 motor, and 3x 8x12x3.5 bearings.
You will also need some kind of driveshaft, I used an old modified version of the Ossum Driveshaft Mk I. Unfortunately I no longer have my modified file. It would likely work better with a metal driveshaft if you can get one.
Also included is a mount for the prerunner, but you should be able to use this in other projects as well. If you need to make any changes you can access the OnShape file here!
