Gears For DC Motor

Small DC motor gears. 54:11. Distance between shafts 32.5mm. Small gear comes out with about 2mm center hole, needs drilling probably. 54 tooth gear has 5mm center hole.

Printing these were not easy for me,but finally I found the right settings. For small gears I made "raft", could be better, because Cura jammed my nozzle all the time & Slic3r did not make correct raft. Brim did not work well.

Somekind of test to try my Prusa i3 limits. The gears really work, look at the video. Rf-300ch
