Adapter for oralb toothbrush heads

We all have these porcelain toothbrush holders built into our bathrooms, but who has a toothbrush that fits in there anymore? I used the oralb brush peg from this design: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:163007 and added a base that sits in the built-in toothbrush holder in my bathroom. Now it's just like the old days...
I'm not sure if the porcelain holders are a standard size. Also, the head is rotated 45 degrees from the base. This is up to personal preference, and shouldn't be too hard to
