Extruder for solidoodle with e3d, version 3

I didn't like the existing options for mounting a metal hotend to a solidoodle, so I made my own. This is designed for solid mounting and minimal space between the stepper and hotend, for improved printing with exotic materials.
Uses stock mounting hardware + 4 6x1" wood screws (or similar)
Works only with an e3d v6, but modifications for other hotends would not be difficult.
