OpenPilot Revolution case

Based on design from LaurentL. Modified by David Pfaff and Simon D. Levy in the Washington and Lee IQ Center to work with current Revo release:

1) Cover:
a) Expanded top hole for upward-facing servo/ESC pins.
b) Expanded side U-indentation for sideways-protruding whip antenna
2) Base: removed U-indentation for antenna.
Note open-cell foam double-side-taped to cover; needed for shielding barometer from drafts. Foam came from inexpensive paint brrush.
