Universal stand-alone filament spool holder (Fully 3D-printable) Remixed for 3mm filament wheels

This is the 'bearing_wheel' and 'spool spindle', modified so you can use 3mm filament for the wheel axles.
This has not been tested, if anyone uses it and it needs modifying, please let me know.
The 'spool spindle' was redesigned from scratch using measurements taken from the original file, so does not have the original text on it.
