Ramps 1.4 Mountable Case

Enclosed case for Ramps 1.4 3D controller board. Mounting holes are 103 MM apart and 6 MM wide. It is a very tight fit for the Ramps board, the top mounting hole (the side with the small hole) also does not align with the mounting hole on the board, but the bottom two do.
The lid is designed to fit a 50 MM fan, if you want to place it inside the case it must be a thin one, but originally I planned on having the fan outside the case.
