Casserole Cooler

I asked my wife about the IceBox Challenge contest and she wanted something to quickly cool a casserole. Just setting the dish on a glass shelf does not allow cool air to penetrate the dish from the bottom. Placing a dish on this device closes a switch and that causes the fan to move air under the dish for a set amount of time.
