Sea Scooter

This is a simple underwater propulsion vehicle used in scuba diving. It is sized to work with 4" scale figures, but of course you can size it however you wish. The propeller is separate so it can snap on the back and spin freely. Be careful as the small peg can break easy on smaller sizes.
