Parametric Rift DK2 Lens Cup

Inspired by this project by marrr: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:499453 and my recent adventures with OpenSCAD I decided to take a stab at creating parametric lens cup for Oculus Rift DK2. Initially I used marrr's measurements (the ones from one of his pictures) but they turned out to be a little off so I remeasured everything and now it seems to fit correctly ;) and with few modifications to make it printable without support I ended up with a model that looks nice when printed and should fit
