Gerry the Toothpick Man

From the vague description and blurry photos of a friend comes Gerry, my attempt to reproduce an odd little toothpick dispenser man.

Update: 2nd revision is done and with a bit of manual cutting and tweaking he seems to work! I'll tidy up a few details later to make it all fit together first try (the heights need a tweak to get proper toothpick pickup, and the alignment studs are pretty much broken right now).
