Hovership Thicker Base

Thicker and stiffer base.
Added 5 mounting points for gimbal vibration balls at front.
Lengthened pivot slots to make copter more of an X layout.
Thicker 'Arm plate' - slots redesigned to suit thicker base.
Arms redesigned for 200mm 8 inch props.
