UHF CB Antenna Base Replacement

Update - Rev 5 has been in service a couple of weeks and has taken a hiding from my 5 foot fiberglass through thick scrub and offroad conditions.
Not as water tight as I'd like, a wipe with acetone and a spray with silicone sealer is recommended, as well as the use of the original rubber seal.

You will need the original stem and mounting components from a standard UHF antenna base in order to use this.
