USB data killer

This isn't really as dramatic as it sounds, I just wanted a cable that passed through usb power, but not the data pins. I'm using a stellaris launchpad to control a clock I made, but annoyingly if I try and develop with a second sometimes I flash the firmware over my clock's. There's probably a software way around it, but this was quick.
