cf263 Mobius mount B

My original cf263 mobius mount, http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:560975 was a wee bit snug. (I broke it removing the camera!)
So now it's back!
0.2mm less snug on four sides!
More beefier!
Finger pokin' hole in the bottom to aid removal!
Accidental ejection-proof SD card protection!
Mini USB access!
