Makerbot Foot shock

I'm working on a vibration eliminator for my Rep2. I keep my printer upstairs and you can hear the movements the machine from downstairs. I'm thinking of a spacer made from NinjaFlex with a hollow center that will act like a motor mount for an engine. Any thoughts?

Edit: I added some photos of how the part should be printed out. Any Ideas on how to print the NinjaFlex better?
