Printrbot Simple 1405 Maker Raspberry Pi Camera Mount

This camera mount attaches to the Printrbot Simple 1405 and uses the camera board case, and hinge, from DanielBull's project for the Mendel90.

This mount assumes that the Raspberry Pi is mounted on the left side rear of the PrintrBot Simple.

I am using it along with OctoPrint to monitor and control my printer.
