Hinge for scad

This is a customizable hinge for scad
You can set:

od = outer diameter
id = inner diameter (diameter od hole)
hi = hight of hinge to the center of the hole
num = number of hinge parts
w = width of hinge parts and spaces

The center is the center of the hole.
