E3D V6 Raised Dwarfstruder

Here is a mash up of the [Dwarfstruder](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:285741) and [Raised J-head mount](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:384205) for use on the Ord Bot Hadron. It has been modified for using an [E3D V6](http://e3d-online.com/E3D-v6) hotend, so the slot for the head is thinner than the standard J-head. Designed for 3mm filament. Fins have been added in an attempt to keep drafts on build area from the fan minimized. Uses original resin fan mount on hotend. Like the dwarfstrude
