Scallop Cookie Cutter Companion for Cookie Stamp

This is a companion cutter for the Cookie Stamp I posted earlier at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:576512.

The edges may a bit too thin, but then again, it may just be due to my 3D printer that a few spots were not joined. The STL file looks okay.
