Customizable 1.75 / 3mm hinged kossel extruder

This is the original jcroscholl kossel extruder but enhanced in a numb of ways. I increased the holes so that nuts and bolts fit better and specially the idler could roll free. I replaced the single tensor by a double tensor and changed the plastic knee for a hinge so that you can open the extruder to clean the MK8.

This version is for the NEMA17 with planetary gear. I might make a standard NEMA17 option if people so desire. It would not be difficult, just need to add a proper attachment ba
