The Cliffhanger: A Fun Pencil Holder

The Cliffhanger is a pencil holder composed of two sections: the Globe and the Base Cone. The Globe hangs from the top of the Base Cone and holds the pencils. The Base Cone is able to remain balanced because enough weight is focused in the interior of the base that it offsets the maximum possible weight of pencils in the Globe. You can push the Globe down and the structure bobs back into place!
