Cantilever Test Print (customizable)

Customizer for generating unsupported bridges. I'm using it for testing part cooling.

Example prints made with the following settings
* PLA (eSun)
* 0.3mm nozzle
* 150 micron layer height
* solid shells, inside first
* 8mm/sec print speed
* 80% part cooling fan (using the cooling setup [here](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:589515))
