General purpose extruder #4

One-piece body with integrated filament tensioner based on Gregs's Wade original.
Redrawn in HeeksCad to make it easier to integrate with my other projects. This is easier to print and assemble than my earlier general purpose extruder and should be easier to use as well.

Designed for use with a J-head hot end on an aluminium plate . Standard mounting hole spacing should work with any existing mount for Wade-type extruders.
