Bag Clip 2 (Customizable)

Simplified version of a previous [customizable bag clip](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:46290) design with the cutouts in the hinge removed. This version should be work better in PLA than the old one and can be printed without support, but does not open as far.

The clip will be stronger if printed entirely with outline shells. Set the line width set to a multiple of the part thickness so there isn't a gap in the middle.
