If you slice it with Simplify3D you can set the top layers to be 100 micron or less and with concentric surface fills to give a very fine finish straight out of the printer. Don't forget to include some supports...

The shrounds invite a bit of fun; when I get some time I will print some versions embellished with gargoyles or the like...
