Huxley vertical extruder holder for 6mm outer bowden

This is upgrade of RepRapPro design of Huxley printer. I'm using 3mm filament in 6mm outer bowden. Holder is from 8mm plywood. And there is printed spacer between holder and original extruder part. But it couldn't be there, if you are using smaller bowden.
