5mm Shaft Holder
------------------------
As part of the build of [Voron printers](https://vorondesign.com), flats need to be ground into several of the linear shafts. I had the hardest time keeping them from rolling all over the place while I was grinding on them with my Dremel.
So I fired up Fusion 360 and this is the result. I was able to grind decent flat spots in the 50mm and 60mm shafts. They're not perfect, but they work well enough to accept a grub screw and keep pulleys from slipping around the shafts.
I created these with very little tolerance. It took a fair bit of force to get the shafts into them. But once they were there, I could grind down until I started grinding away the PLA and the result was a fairly even flat spot down the entire length of the shaft. The heat from the grinding process loosened the PLA enough that removing the shafts was a piece of cake!
