6" racing quad fully printed

Hi,

this is my fully printed racing drone for 6" Props. I printed this with ABS 0.2mm layer height and a plate temp of 110°C.
The arms have to be completely flat without warping, otherwise the flightbehaviour can become worse.

until now it resits also my bad flying style ;-)

For the frame you also need some M3 x 30 screws and some pt 2,5mm screw (or other screw that can be screwed directly into plastic)

Its designed to use it with the following parts, but it can also work fine with other components that fit in the frame:

- motor: Turnigy 2205 2600KV with Dalprop 6030 (quite fuel saving) for better performance a smaller prop would be suggested

- ESC: 4in1 30A 31x31mm (lower rating would also be ok for this kind of Motor)

- VTX Eachine TX805 with smart audio

- FC - F4 NOXE 20x20mm

If you just fly in Acro you could also use an 31x31mm FC and put it over your ESC. Then its not completely centric, but that doesnt matter if you just want to usee gyro and no acce
