6 strings ukulele

This is the second musical instrument that I have designed to be digitally manufacturable.

I designed and prototyped the guitalele during my stay in Motionlab.Berlin and used the tools that I had available: 3D printers, laser cutters, cnc.

It can be printed in any 200x250 bed 3D printer like the Prusa MK3 (and copies).

I recommend to use good quality plywood for the top and back, and use a laser cutter (not necessary because it is a pretty simple shape to cut with hand tools) and PLA for the 3D printed parts.

The parts are glued with cyanoacrylate glue.

This is an intermediate project that involves some musical instrument building knowledge.
