Maerklin alternative bridge pillars

Adaption of the original [Maerklin bridge pillars](http://www.maerklin.de/de/produkte/detailsh0.html?art_nr=7252)

I use one of my own printed with one 6mm original pillar on top of it.
There are 6 versions available:

1he = 6mm
1he_c_track = 6mm but with c track clamps on top
3he = 18mm
5he = 30mm
7he = 42mm
10he = 60mm
