40mm Fan Duct for E3D v6

**I realized this is a poor design and most likely has a backdraft issue. I am not going to modify this design for a while (probably never) but if you are curious go ahead print or modify one!**

Inspired by the original fan duct, I made the 40mm fan duct version to fit on my E3D v6 as 40mm fan is commonly sold in my area :)
