dual hot end mount for V3 hot end and RepRap Mendel

This is a mount for makergears dual hot ends. I have yet to print it so some of the tolerances may be off but i have reasonable confidence.

This is made to match up with my http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4006
x carriage and it would mount to a modified top plate.
