Kossel Spool Holder V2

My other spool holder had a slight tilt and was a pain to switch filaments with. This new one can use all filament sizes and can switch rolls of filament with half a screw rotation.

As an added bonus, if you're using my old spool holder, you don't need to disassemble the upper frame since this version also uses two nuts/screws.

Uses two 608 bearings, 3 screws/nuts. (2x M5 and 1x >M10)
