Japanese traditional paper patterns for dyeing, “Ise paper patterns” is known for its fine and beautiful carving designs. They exist all around Japan, yet kept unused. Artisans fully agree with that people are lacking to make new patterns.

This time, 26 people including myself tried to design new patterns.
